Most common applications problems.
- 1. We can’t see the charging percentage without going into the scooter details.
- 2. My phone’s dead, the rental hasn’t stopped.
- 3. Not more than one-scooter is rented.
- 4. Support cannot be reached at the time of the problem.
Problem
Irregular parked scooters occupy city layout and pedestrian areas. If the phone runs out of charge the app is disconnected. Wages continue to rise. Helmets are required,
Solution
Shows parking space nearby on the app. Provide charging port for phone on scooter. Provide helmet access and amazing rewards for those who wear helmets.
User Interviews
I interviewed 6 people who use E-scooter rental apps.
The reward system in the app makes me happy and ongoing. Amazing rewards and fun to use.
I prefer E-scooter companies where I can charge my phone. It’s very helpful and keeps me going.
I had a problem once, but my money kept being spent until I reached out to the support system.
I don’t know how far can I go with the charge found on the scooter.
I’m having trouble looking at navigation and using the scooter at the same time.
The app sometimes takes much time to find e-scooters near me.
